Welcome to Cool-ish Counseling! I am Tammie Cool and am very passionate about helping the neurodivergent community since I am neurodivergent myself and believe we need support and acceptance within our population! I believe people know themselves best, but factors have contributed to lack of trust with self, therefore the help of an unbiased and safe professional can help a person discover their authentic self again.
I have been practicing in the mental health field 15+ years and in an outpatient therapeutic setting for 8+ years. I think of myself as eclectic in my approaches to therapy and work with many mental health struggles.
